Sessions Guide
Welcome Staff and Graduates to the guide that will help you look into many perspectives of how organizing to its fullest, leading, and hyping a session could be conveyed at. After reading this, you’ll have a fair idea of which portions you need to work upon. Remember, nothing is unachievable if done perfectly.
Announcements/Reminders
The first and very important part of leading a session is announcing the session, for people won’t know about the session if they don’t see it announced. Following that, reminding people about an event also follows up the importance of it, for troops may forget if not reminded.
Matching the 2-week batch schedule for sessions from now on, the announcements will all be made on due time for the due date.
Staff: You now have the ability to announce sessions. A basic way to write an announcement is the consisting points of Title, Time, Rewards, Commands, Uniform, and Reaction. There are sessions that will be divided into 2 parts: AUSIA and EU/US or sessions that will only be International. While announcing, go to the Batch Schedule Picture and check it and then if it’s a 2-part write them both in the same announcement but if it’s only 1-part simply just write it alone. From now on we will use commands for the uniform and timer. To announce simply we communicate. You ask in #the-great-hall (staff chat) and someone dibs on announcing and we can take turns we’re flexible but remember: before announcing an event you have to have the commands hence why do not announce until a squadron commander’s confirmation because we will do the commands. We’ll also be telling you about the timing and everything you need to know so don’t worry.
Staff / Graduates: Reminders are essential, for without reminding people: they will forget. How to do a reminder? Doing a reminder is consisting of a few major catchy elements that people just look into. Title, time, rewards, commands, and reaction. You simply copy the major factors from the announcement and since we’re doing only 2 reminders: 2 hour reminder and 30 minute reminder, the 30 minute reminder can simply copy the 2 hour reminder one. Just copy the main elements from the announcement.
Remember: Be creative with your announcement. Have a way that catches the eye. Bold and underline the important points for example.

DMs/Hype
One of the most important and essential parts of aiming for a successful session is the communication with the silvers. Dming silvers and communicating with them, telling them about the upcoming session, reminding them, and helping them is key. Remember to not talk like bots and be patient with the questions. How to DM? You simply start with Hi (name)! OR Hi (name) we have an upcoming session in around 40 minutes! Would you be able to come?… Just for them to ask especially people you never talked to before. Hyping as in hype is different from Help Force because our chats aren’t active in the offline times for now. Hyping here is connected to DMing people because you make them as excited as you are and as energetic as you are.
Staff: As you know, 1 hour before the log on ping: one of us pings in the #graduates channel and we mention DMing Online Servers as one of them. You can DIB it or any graduate can but make sure to mention it in the 1-hour ping.
Staff / Graduates: Dming online Silvers is essential to take part in because it’s part of helping you organize and lead and eventually become a staff member if you’re a graduate.
Remember: Never talk like bots. Simply Dming is an aura of communicating to silvers and asking them if they can come to an upcoming session. Be patient, kind, and speedy with your answers.

The 1-Hour Benchmark
As a graduate and staff: this one last hour is the most important hour, simply because from the staff ping that we do: we are all in the same aura of hyping and getting as many people as possible to the sessions. If you’re the event leader, you must not be absent from 1 hour before the session begins. Below are the things listed you must do before logging on. There are so many graduates and staff and being of that has its great benefits. YOU MUST BE PRESENT at least for your time-zone session. Benefit from your position even to level up in Help Force because that will help you a lot.
- Pinging staff members and organizing the list of 15 minute Log-on Ping, 30 minute Reminder, DMing (Online Silvers) , VC (2). Do not keep this for the last. Make sure you have all categories sorted before you start logging on. Any delay will cost you your max.
- A Squadron Commander will be there to tell you the server and room you need to know for the pings.
- The reminders go in #sessions and remember to delete the 2 hour one before and you ping @everyone @silver @gold. The log on ping goes in #headquarters while you ping @everyone @silver @gold as well and you mention the title, VC, time, and the location!
Missing any of these will cost you a lot. As an event leader, doing these is solely your responsibility.

Achieve and Improvise
One of the main traits of a good leader is turning a bad situation into a better one. As the person in charge of the session, you must see to it that we’re progressing towards a better max. Some things you must make sure are happening:
- Staff make sure your taking max pictures in #the-great-hall
- Make sure everyone is in uniform and do random tactics and press H tactics or so so people don’t disconnect.
- Improvisation is key. Do not stick to a certain schedule. You aim to achieve the max size. Be confident that you can achieve it. Try a different formation or play hyping music in VC for example. You can DM reactors from the session announcement or online silvers or people you’ve DMed for the session already. Do whatever fits your leadership style. Do not start the event until you get a respectable max.
Don’t switch rooms until you reach the max you’re aiming for which should be higher and higher as we move through batches and sessions. Congratulations, you’ve successfully led an event!
- We may ping for help with sapphires and ayan hats/prizes so you can always be present with that as well.
Make sure to tell people to comment under posts once they’re out. Don’t worry Squadron Commanders will take care of doing posts.
Good Luck, comrades, and Unleash the Power of Helping!
