Training Division

At the Blue Squadron Program, we help new members to get to know the army. The following sessions will be scheduled in advance, and everyone enrolled will complete the course within 2 weeks. More information can be found by joining our discord.

Session 1

The Opening Ceremony

The Ceremony will be the first activity where the Staff, Supervisors, and newly enrolled privates will gather around. The organizers will recap the Elite Training Division’s details, the purpose of its establishment, and its significance. The Supervisors and Graduates will share their inputs on the rewards, merits, and other details about the division. A photo group session will follow this. They will focus on getting to know the main battle rooms and the basic formations. Trainees will learn how to spread out in formations and to avoid bunching. After starting with a warmup room, others will follow. Cadets will perform simple tactics and emotes. Leaders can use a Voice Channel for the session.

Session 2

Faster Forms & Speedrun

During this lesson, cadets will need to work on coordination. An explanation about what bombs are and which are the most used types of bombs will be given. While on CPRewritten, trainees have to follow countdowns and learn how to hold tactics until the next one is announced. Leaders can use a Voice Channel for the session. A mix of formations and tactics will be used from the ones which were previously taught. Several room changes, big word bubbles, and multiple bombs will be included. An important aspect is that the Staff won’t do any countdowns. Trainees will learn to coordinate themselves and will have a taste of what a real-time battle is like.

Session 3

Advanced Tricks

Some of the most common tips and tricks that are used during events and battles will be explained to the cadets. They are more than welcome to follow and use them if they consider them helpful and easy to do.

Session 4

Brainstorming

This session will start with a detailed presentation of the core history of the army, past wars, most important events, and tense situations which the Help Force has faced. Members are encouraged to have a read on the army’s website page and discover more about the previous Generations of Leaders and Troops. The 5th session will end with a quiz format where cadets will test the knowledge they accumulated during the past week. They will discuss answers shortly after, and a Q&A meeting will be held in order to clear any doubts or queries.

Session 5

Recruiting

This session is set to teach the Blue Squadron all there is to know about Recruiting, a vital source to the army’s growth. Along with tricks and tips on recruiting, the members will learn why recruiting is important as well as where the best place to recruit is.

Session 6

Battle

The Blue Squadron will face another army in a battle as one last exercise that concludes their training. Supervisors will be announcing the details regarding the same.

There will not be any point system for the Training Division to allow you to pass or fail. You will have more chances to graduate based on the amount of enthusiasm, participation, and performance during these sessions. At the end of the course, the Supervisors, after discussing with the staff,, will decide whether the private has passed the course.
